Our Story
Why Did We Feel the Need for a Career Transition Program Specially Designed for Office Professionals?
Since launching the Leaders in Transition program in November 2024, we've been grateful to receive positive feedback from a wide range of participants. Alongside the praise, some recurring questions have emerged. While many individuals and organizations appreciate our dedicated approach to career transitions, some have asked us to further clarify how our program differs from business coaching, life coaching or career coaching services.
First Things First: Who Are We?
We are a collective of ten professionals* — each with diverse academic and professional backgrounds — operating under a “solopreneur” model. Inspired by the gig economy's spirit of independence, we aim to make a meaningful impact both locally and globally through our specialized expertise. In today’s rapidly evolving competitive landscape, we are among those who have chosen to thrive by doing the work we are truly passionate about. Leaders in Transition program series were born from this shared passion: to make career transitions smoother in the post-pandemic world, to help office professionals become more productive, fulfilled, and high-performing leaders, and to ultimately enhance societal wellbeing by increasing the success of the leaders who form the backbone of organizations.
A Glimpse Into the Founder’s Personal Story
As the Founder of T!NK Coaching & Consulting, Azer was the one who sparked the creation of this program. Over 15 years — she changed 2 countries, 3 cities, 6 companies, and 3 professions. According to joint research by Genesis, HBR, and IMD**, leaders experience a major career transition roughly every 1.3 years. The old dream of “joining a company and retiring there” is becoming a thing of the past. During her years at Coca-Cola, she realized that even symbolic traditions like gifting a "Rolex" for 25 years of service would soon disappear. Through her transitions, she deeply felt the importance of focusing on opportunities ahead, amplifying the positives, and embracing change.
Why Should Organizations Invest in Our Programs?
When critical career moments like hiring, promotions, returning from parental leave, or lay-offs are not well-supported, organizations risk facing costly consequences: disappointment in new hires, stumbling promotion processes, poor post-maternity reintegration, and the broader decline of women’s participation in the workforce, risk employer branding. Our market research with 100 participants (30 institutions and 70 individuals) showed that many organizations still lack effective support systems for these pivotal moments. In environments where the mindset is "sink or swim," leaders often find themselves alone during transitions, leading to lost energy and productivity — not just for individuals, but for companies,
countries, and society as a whole.
What Makes Leaders in Transition Program Series Different?
We built these programs on a coaching-based foundation. As Josh Bersin notes in his book Irresistible, today’s most successful organizations need coaches — not bosses. We like to think of Leaders in Transition as a LEGO set: each module is a building block with its own size and function. By combining online learning, one-on-one coaching, group and team coaching, trainings, webinars, and mentoring, we tailor modular solutions to each organization’s unique needs. This approach enables us to offer both a structured framework and personalized adaptations. We prioritize quality, authenticity, sustainability, and measurable outcomes — and we dream of creating impactful, solution-focused projects with organizations that share our values. Last but not least, we are using Points of You® tools as out superpower. 👉 Curious to learn more? Check out our "11 Reasons to Work With Us" section.

OUR VALUES
Respect for Potential
We believe that every person is creative, unique, and whole. With our belief in humanity and ourselves, we contribute to people’s development and support our clients in uncovering their true potential.
Candor
We are guided by the principle “As you are.” We value being natural, open, and honest in our emotions, thoughts, and actions. We strive to truly understand others with empathy and build strong, trustworthy relationships by acting sincerely and consistently.
Creativity
We keep our sense of wonder and childlike curiosity alive. We remain open to new ideas, develop different perspectives, and dare to think outside the box. We ask questions with curiosity, challenge limits, and continuously nurture creative thinking for individual and collective growth.
Collaboration
We believe in the power of togetherness—"Two hands make a louder sound than one." Through open dialogue and mutual support, we know we can reach shared goals more effectively and efficiently. We embrace the power of collective effort at every opportunity.
Integrity
We ensure alignment between our thoughts, values, and behaviors, expressing ourselves honestly and authentically. As individuals with high self-respect and confidence, we aim to build and foster healthy relationships. We invest in our personal and professional growth, striving to inspire those around us.
Trust
We move forward with trust—first in people, then in life. Our confidence in ourselves, our team, and those around us enables us to take bold and determined steps. We act with consistency, keep our promises, and reinforce trust even in difficult times through solidarity.
Inclusion
Inclusion is not just about accepting diversity; it’s about creating a space where everyone can express themselves freely and realize their potential. Regardless of gender, age, culture, or background, we provide equal opportunities and foster a fair and supportive environment where people feel safe and valued.
Fairness
We deliver our services in an accessible, democratic, and standardized manner—not based on privilege or exclusivity. Adhering to the ethical principles and professional standards of the International Coaching Federation, we ensure that everyone experiences a fair, unbiased, and equally professional process.
Meritocracy
We set clear, measurable, and universal criteria to evaluate performance and success through transparent processes. We make decisions based on objective standards, not personal connections, social status, or subjective preferences.
Responsibility
We fulfill our duties to the best of our ability and take ownership of the outcomes of our work, commitments, and decisions. We know every action has an impact and act with a deep sense of responsibility for the consequences of our choices.
Communication
Communication is not just about speaking, but about understanding. We listen attentively, ask the right questions, and express our thoughts clearly and effectively. We engage with empathy and use technology consciously and efficiently to ensure our messages are understood correctly.
Quality
We consistently offer exceptional quality products and services that add value at every stage in the long run. We strive to deliver the best in the most efficient way possible. Growth and innovation are never-ending journeys, and we continuously seek new ways to improve and create better solutions.
Freedom
For us, freedom is not just about acting independently, but also about making conscious choices with a sense of responsibility. We view freedom as an individual right and allow space for each person to chart their own path and develop their own unique solutions.
Commitment
Passion, discipline, and determination lie at the core of our commitment to our work and shared values. To us, commitment is not just completing tasks—it’s about adding value, persisting in the face of obstacles, and striving for continuous growth.
