A CRITICAL TRANSITION PERIOD
The first 100 days in a new role set the direction of your leadership impact.
Moving into a new or expanded leadership role is about more than taking on new responsibilities. It means understanding changing measures of success, building trust with key stakeholders, reading the organization’s dynamics and setting the right priorities.
First 100 Days™ helps leaders make a strong, sustainable start by structuring their leadership approach, relationships and strategic priorities, rather than leaving this critical period to chance.

Stakeholder and Organizational Perspective
We address the expectations of the manager, the team and key stakeholders together with the organizational culture and dynamics.
Alignment with Organizational Priorities
We link development goals to the organization’s leadership approach, its strategic priorities and the business results expected from the role.

Between sessions, we set actions based on the real business agenda and regularly track progress, learning and behavior change.

Still have questions?
Who is first 100 days executive coaching for?
First 100 Days™ is a leadership transition program designed for first-time managers, managers taking on greater responsibility after a promotion, and managers moving to a new organization or function. It can also be tailored to help experienced leaders stepping into senior roles, such as director, general manager and C-level positions, adapt to their new responsibilities more quickly.
What is the difference between a new manager onboarding program and First 100 Days™?
New manager onboarding and orientation programs mostly introduce the organization’s structure, processes, policies and working systems. First 100 Days™, on the other hand, focuses on the strategic and human dimensions of a leadership transition. By working on role clarity, leadership identity, stakeholder management, team trust, strategic priorities and early business results, it complements the organization’s onboarding process.
How long does executive coaching after a promotion last, and how is it delivered?
The core structure of First 100 Days™ is eight one-on-one executive coaching sessions spread over 100 days. Sessions can take place online, in person or in a hybrid format. Between sessions, practices and actions are defined based on the leader’s real business agenda. The rhythm of the program is adapted to the leader’s role, work calendar and the organization’s priorities.
Can a corporate leadership development program be tailor-made for our company?
Yes. First 100 Days™ is tailored to the organization’s strategic priorities, its leadership competency model, the success criteria of the role and the manager’s development needs. Depending on need, a 16PF Personality Inventory with a feedback session, leadership observation, or a sustainability session 90 days after the program can be added.
How are confidentiality and the program’s impact managed in senior executive coaching?
The content of executive coaching sessions is kept confidential in line with ICF ethical principles. At the start of the program, development goals and success indicators are clarified with the organization and the leader. Impact is tracked through role clarity, stakeholder alignment, strategic priorities, progress on agreed actions, and 30-, 60- and 100-day reviews. Only information agreed in advance is shared with the organization, and only with the participant’s knowledge.
