These Terms of Use set out the rules for using the www.tinkcoaching.com website (the “Site”) of T!NK Coaching & Consulting. By accessing and using the Site, you are deemed to have accepted these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

T!NK Coaching & Consulting offers coaching, training, mentoring, workshop and consulting services to organizations and individuals. The content on the Site is for general information only and is not a substitute for personalized professional advice. Terms such as scope, duration and fees are set out in the separate discussions and agreements made for each service.

Use the Site in compliance with applicable legislation and public morals;
Share accurate and up-to-date information through forms;
Do not share misleading, harmful or unlawful content;
Do not attempt to disrupt the Site’s operation or threaten its security;

The text, images, videos, logos, designs, models (for example, the T!NK 3C Career Transition Model™) and all other content on the Site belong to T!NK Coaching & Consulting or the relevant rights holders and are protected under intellectual property law.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
Third-party brands and logos on the Site belong to their respective rights holders.
4. Third-Party Links and Embedded Content
The Site may contain links to, and embedded content from, third-party platforms such as YouTube, Spotify, Google Drive, Calendly and Typeform. T!NK Coaching & Consulting is not responsible for the content or applications of these platforms; use of these services is subject to the terms of the respective platforms.

Information on the Site is provided “as is.” Although we take care to keep it current and accurate, no warranty of any kind is given.
The Site is not guaranteed to operate without interruption or errors.
