At T!NK Coaching & Consulting, we value the privacy and security of your personal data. As required by our disclosure obligations under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), this notice explains for what purposes, on what legal grounds and how we process the personal data you share when you visit our website, use our forms or contact us.

2. Personal Data We Process
The following personal data may be processed through our website and communication channels:
Identity information: first and last name
Contact information: email address, phone number
Professional information: company / organization, role or title
Request information: the service or program you are interested in, the messages and requests you share with us, and your responses on appointment and application forms
Marketing information: your newsletter and content communication preferences
Transaction security and technical information: IP address, browser and device information, pages visited and access times
We aim to collect only the information that is necessary for the services we provide and for our communication purposes.
3. How Personal Data Is Collected
Your personal data is collected, partly or fully by automated means, through the contact, newsletter and resource download forms on our website; appointment and application tools (for example Calendly and Typeform); your communication with us by email, phone and WhatsApp; and cookies and similar technologies.
4. Why We Process Personal Data
Responding to your requests and questions and contacting you
Providing information about the training, coaching, mentoring, workshop and other services you are interested in, and scheduling introductory calls
Developing solutions suited to your organization or needs and delivering our services
Delivering the content and resources you request
Informing you about newsletters, events, programs and T!NK content, where you have given your explicit consent
Keeping our website secure and improving its operation and the services we offer
Fulfilling our legal obligations
5. Legal Grounds
Your personal data is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK: where processing is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, where it is necessary for us to fulfill our legal obligations, and where it is necessary for our legitimate interests, provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed. For marketing communications and non-essential cookies, we obtain your explicit consent; you may withdraw it at any time.
6. Transfer of Personal Data
We do not sell your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.
Your data may be shared, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, with the service providers we work with to deliver our services, operate the website and carry out communication activities (such as website infrastructure, form, appointment, email and newsletter services) and, where legal obligations require, with authorized public institutions and organizations.
T!NK Coaching & Consulting carries out activities linked to Türkiye and Estonia (TINKLEAD OÜ, Tallinn), and the servers of some of the digital services we use are located abroad. For this reason, some personal data may be processed or stored abroad; these transfers are carried out in accordance with the conditions set out in Article 9 of the KVKK.
7. Protection and Retention of Personal Data
We take appropriate technical and administrative measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse and unlawful processing.
Your personal data is retained for as long as the purposes of processing require or for the periods set out in the relevant legislation. When these periods end, the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
8. Your Rights under the KVKK
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, by applying to the data controller, you have the right to:
Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
Request information about it if it has been processed,
Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose,
Know the third parties to whom the data is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad,
Request correction if the data is incomplete or inaccurate,
Request deletion or destruction under the conditions in Article 7 of the KVKK,
Request that correction, deletion or destruction be notified to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
Object to an outcome against you that results from analysis of the data exclusively by automated systems,
Request compensation for damage you suffer due to unlawful processing.
You may submit your applications by email to hello@tinkcoaching.com or in writing to the postal address above. Depending on their nature, your requests are resolved free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest.
9. Marketing Communications
If you give your consent to receive communications about newsletters, events, training or other T!NK content, we may contact you for these purposes. You can opt out of these communications at any time through the link in the emails we send or by writing to us.
